Return Your Orders

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date. This page will show you how to properly return your order for a refund.

0. Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, we (Retio) reserves the right to refuse the return. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories where applicable. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

1. Get an RMA Number From Us

Click here to get an RMA number for your return.

2. Pack Up Properly

Once you have your RMA number, pack up your Retio into its original package (with Retio logo on it). Make sure:

  • Remove the antenna from Retio before packing.
  • All product and accessories are included. For example: power adapter, usb cable, antenna, etc.
  • Put Retio package into another shipping box. DO NOT ship Retio without another shipping box containing it.
  • Use enough cushioning material for protection.
  • Properly label the box, including the shipping label (paid in full by buyers) and any sticker in compliance to carriers' requirement. (For example: U3481 sticker for battery)
  • Write/Print the RMA on the box clearly. Your refund may be delayed if RMA cannot be clearly found.

NOTE: It is solely the buyer's responsibility to return the goods back to our hands safely and securely. Buyers are responsible for any damages occurred before delivery.

For US domestic returns, all return packages need to be received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

For international returns, all return packages need to be received by us within 90 days from the date of purchase.

4. Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-14 business days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. A 20% of restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
